The Erie Reader has featured three Allegheny College alumni among its Erie’s 40 Under 40: Class of 2021. The individuals, selected from a record number of nominations, are “innovators, entrepreneurs, and leaders helping move us into the future,” according to the publication.
The Allegheny alumni featured are:
- Karin Brown Wickwire ’04, nurse practitioner for critical care medicine, UPMC Hamot
- Nathaniel Ehrman ’12, legal counsel, Erie Insurance
- Alivia Haibach ’13, health equity coordinator, Erie County Department of Health
The Erie Reader notes that “Erie is a resilient place. We’re adaptive and resourceful. So is this class, one filled with artists, dancers, health care workers, teachers, and business owners. They’re the people going the extra mile, the ones who are following through with plans and making a positive change in Erie.”
