When Roman Hladio stepped onto the Allegheny College campus in 2019, he knew he wanted to study English and enjoyed writing, but he didn’t know what his path at Allegheny would be. That changed quickly.
When award-winning writer and author Maximillian Potter arrived at Allegheny College in 1989, he felt like he was born to be a writer but was trying to figure out what that meant. Majoring in English and minoring in creative writing gave him an opportunity to sharpen his skills and find his voice.
