Chris Allison ’83 recently was interviewed on “Our Region’s Business” segment, co-produced by the Allegheny Conference on Community Development and WPXI-TV, to talk about his new book.
As former CEO of Tollgrade Communications, Allison delves into how to achieve a winning culture and profitable company in “Hit IT!: A Tech Startup Story & 7 Rules for Entrepreneurs.” Allison hopes the book helps other entrepreneurs with their business journey to success.
In the interview with Bill Flanagan, Allison says he teaches entrepreneurship students at Allegheny College that “Changes equals problems. Problems equal opportunity. If you can take pain away, if you can solve those problems, you can have a successful company.”
