Four chairs of the General Assembly’s Criminal Justice Reform Caucus were given the third annual “Allegheny College Prize for Civility in Public Life in Pennsylvania” award Monday during the state Chamber of Business and Industry’s 35th annual Chamber Dinner. The Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry partnered with Allegheny College to present the award to Sen. Camera Bartolotta, R-Greene, and Art Haywood, D-Philadelphia, and Reps. Sheryl Delozier, R-Cumberland, and Jordan Harris, D-Philadelphia.
