Financial services firm Baird awarded former Allegheny College trustee and parent Kim Tillotson Fleming and her brother, Craig Tillotson, the 2026 Brenton H. Rupple Citizenship Award — the organization’s highest honor — which recognizes outstanding dedication to community service, leadership and support, on Wednesday, May 20.

“Kim and Craig’s impact is built on a generational habit of service, passed through people, places and time, and it has shaped an enduring family philosophy,” said Steve Booth, Chairman and CEO of Baird, in a press release. “They’ve helped strengthen the fabric of their community in Pittsburgh through philanthropy, education, the arts and community leadership. And they’ve done it the best way: with humility, consistency and a deep belief in people.”

Fleming has been a long and continuous supporter of Allegheny. In 2024, a combined $5 million was gifted to the College by Fleming, her husband Kurt and mother Carol Hefren Tillotson ’54 for the modernization of Quigley Hall.
