Visual and Performing Arts Degrees

Dance and Movement Studies provides an experiential program that explores the relationship of movement to self, culture, and environment. All are welcome in our dance and movement studies courses.

Creativity and Performance on Campus
Allegheny’s Bowman, Megahan, and Penelec Art Galleries are major exhibition facilities for northwestern Pennsylvania, offering a lively and varied exhibition program with an emphasis on contemporary art.
The Playshop Theatre opened in 1929 and has produced over 500 plays and musicals as well as original works. Perform on the stage, get involved behind the scenes, or stop by to watch a performance!
