I am a researcher in labor economics and demographic economics, broadly interested in labor economics, public policy, and economics of demographic behaviors. Especially, I am interested in whether public policy can be used to diminish gender and racial differences in labor market outcomes, and whether these policies can have unintended consequences. Furthermore, I am also interested in understanding how demographic behaviors respond to labor market changes.
