Student Life
As an Allegheny student, you get to be about much more than academics. Make your mark in this rich community by exploring the interests, skills, and talents that drive you.

Your New Hometown
At Allegheny, all undergrad students live on campus for a community experience all four years. While here, you’re within walking distance to downtown Meadville — a historic town and engaged community.
Get Involved With More

More than 100 clubs and organizations — from student government, sports, fraternities and sororities, and many others — give you the chance to meet friends with similar interests.

Students collectively volunteer over 25,000 service hours annually at organizations dedicated to improving our local and global communities.

These all-day programming days give students the chance to check out resources and connect with departments to take care of bigger picture items or details that need attention.

Find meaningful opportunities for leadership development, social interaction, community building, and educational growth through Greek life.

There are lots of ways to get physical at Allegheny. Join a club sport team or intramural league. And stay fit with exercise classes, weights, and cardio equipment.

IDEAS: Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Access, and Social Justice
Creating an inclusive campus is the work of our entire community.
At Allegheny, our IDEAS Center is a gathering place to support the experiences of under-resourced student populations and have a dialogue about inclusion, diversity, equity, access, and social justice.

Surrounded by Support
Find the support you need to feel safe on campus, feel well physically and mentally, and do your best academically.
