Off-Campus Lodging
For off-campus lodging, please view the list of area hotels and bed & breakfasts. In the event that local hotels and bed & breakfasts are filled to maximum capacity, additional options include:

On-Campus Lodging
Residence Halls
Residence halls will be available for on-campus lodging throughout Reunion Weekend (Thursday – Sunday). When you register for on-campus lodging, you’ll have access to your suite for the entire weekend. View additional instructions on how to register for on-campus lodging.
North Village I AND II Lodging
North Village I and II lodging options include limited singles as well as two-, four- and five-bedroom suites with a single twin bed in each bedroom. Suites are air-conditioned and bathrooms are located within each suite. Please note that bed linens, towels, and a very light blanket will be provided with North Village I and II lodging.
- North Village I 5-bedroom suite: $500/suite – A suite includes five individual bedrooms on two levels with a common area and 2 bathrooms (one on each level).
- North Village II single: $100/room (limited rooms available) – Single room with bathroom in the room.
- North Village II 2-bedroom suite: $200/suite – A suite includes two individual bedrooms with one bathroom and a common area.
- North Village II 4-bedroom suite: $400/suite – A suite includes four individual bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a common area.
Baldwin Hall Lodging
- Double Room – $50/room
- Two twin XL beds.
- Single-gender communal bathrooms on each hall.
- No linens, towels, or blankets provided – please bring your own.
- No air conditioning – consider bringing a fan.
- No elevator – stairs required.
- Those staying in Baldwin Hall have the option of including a roommate or rooming alone.
Important Notes
- Pillows are NOT included. Bring your own or purchase one during registration for $5.
- These are dorm rooms with limited amenities – please pack accordingly.
Roommate & Suite Registration Information
- Only one person per group books and pays for a shared suite or room. However, all individuals staying in the suite must still register for Reunion Weekend separately.
- List all roommates in the appropriate field on the Reunion Registration Form.
- Each registrant can only book one room or suite. If additional rooms or suites are needed, another group member must register separately.
- Need to update your roommate list? Contact the Alumni Office before Reunion Weekend.
- Hosting guests in your suite? Their names must be submitted in advance to provide them with key access.

Accessibility
