You’re Allegheny Bound, and we’re very excited that you have decided to become a Gator. Allegheny Bound is a three-part program that will help ease your transition to Allegheny College. Incoming class of 2029, keep an eye on our page for updates!
New Gator Orientation Dates
Register for one of these sessions in your New Student Portal. The August date is special for transfer students.
June 126:00–7:30 p.m. EST
June 236:00–7:30 p.m. EST
August 6Tranfers Only; 6:00–7:30 p.m. EST
Part One: Advising Appointment
Once you have been assigned your faculty advisor, you’ll receive an email connecting you with them. Then you will schedule a personalized virtual advising appointment together for guidance and planning.

#GatorWOW is your required, weekend-long, on-campus orientation that combines academic and social programming. You’ll familiarize yourself with Allegheny campus life and prepare to begin classes.
