FAFSA Deadlines
The deadlines at right are very important — you must file by the priority deadline to be considered for maximum aid opportunities. Allegheny will not replace lost state grant funds due to late filing. Some state grant programs may require supplemental applications.

Billing and Payment Access
Due to federal regulations, Allegheny College sends all email notifications, online statements, and credit refunds to the student and in the student’s name. Check your Allegheny student email often for these important notifications.
How to Grant Your Parent or Guardian Access to Billing Information
You can also grant access to the Self Service portal or Nelnet Campus Commerce portal to anyone who helps manage your finances, such as a parent or guardian.
- Nelnet Campus Commerce: Set up access via the Self Service portal. See the instructions for sharing access to Nelnet for payment plans and one-time online payments.
- Self Service Proxy Instructions: Set up a proxy to view statements, account details, and tax documents.
