ALIC @ Bessemer offers a series of educational workshops that respond to regional needs by helping employers upskill their workforce affordably and quickly. Over the coming months and years, we will continue to deploy an ecosystem of educational offerings that respond directly to the needs communicated by leaders in our community.

Solidworks Fundamentals
Students learn the increasingly advanced tools in industry-standard software Solidworks for aerospace and advanced manufacturing applications through a series of industry-focused projects and lessons. No prior experience required.

What is a machinist’s inch? Manufacturing requires a particular type of math, and in this course, students will learn the language and skill sets required to effectively use and communicate mathematical principles particular to manufacturing.

Students learn the fundamentals of using industry-standard Mastercam CAD/CAM software for aerospace and advanced manufacturing applications through a series of industry-focused projects and lessons. Projects will be based on real-world problems to ensure students can solve them creatively and efficiently. No prior experience is required. Computers and software are provided.
