Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees has fiduciary responsibility for the governance of Allegheny College and is governed by bylaws. Trustees are elected to four-year terms.

Through their work as a full Board and seven committees, Allegheny trustees supervise and monitor the College’s broad policies.

The full Board of Trustees meets three times a year. Committees meet at least three times annually, though some meet more frequently to fulfill responsibilities.
