YMCA Community Needs Assessment


Description

In order to aid the Meadville YMCA in its partnership with PennWest to access Pre-K Counts funding, Hema and Eva conducted a needs assessment survey to gather data for programmatic direction.

In order to aid the Meadville YMCA in its partnership with PennWest to access Pre-K Counts funding, Hema and Eva conducted a needs assessment survey to gather data for programmatic direction. Anonymous interviews were conducted with a wide range of community members in order to answer questions about current childcare availability and enrollment choices. Interviews will be analyzed and presented to the YMCA board of directors.


Outcome

Needs assessment to be used for development of future child-care centers in Crawford County
