Glenna Kramer Earns Academic All-Region

MEADVILLE, Pa. - Allegheny College senior diver Glenna Kramer (Oakdale, Pa./West Allegheny) has been named to the 2008 ESPN The Magazine/College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Academic All-District Two team.

Kramer, a chemistry major with minors in biology and music, earned second team honors from ESPN and CoSIDA for her performance in the classroom and in the pool this past season. At the 2008 NCAC Championships, she placed second in both one- and three-meter diving.

For her career, Kramer was a seven-time All-NCAC diver for Allegheny and captured the 2006 conference title on the three-meter board.
